Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using Specific AI services. By registering, signing in, or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope & Definitions
These Terms constitute an agreement between you ("User") and Specific AI ("we") governing your use of the Specific AI platform and services, including global business intelligence, AI Research Helper, Competitor Tracking, Risk Monitoring, and all features accessible via our website or API.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately. Account credentials may not be shared with third parties.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service for lawful commercial purposes only. Prohibited activities include: reverse engineering our systems; bulk scraping beyond API agreement terms; spreading false information; any activity violating applicable law including data protection and competition law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Specific AI platform, algorithms, UI, and databases are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of content you input but grant us a non-exclusive license to operate and improve the service. AI-generated outputs may be used for your commercial purposes.
5. Fees & Refunds
Subscription fees are prepaid per selected plan. Paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
Our intelligence outputs are for reference only and do not constitute investment or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end. We may suspend accounts for material breach with notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
