Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting access, signing in, connecting a data source, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.

These terms cover the public site, authenticated workspace, dashboards, inbox, APIs, connectors, email operations, support, and related documentation identified as part of Specific AI.

You must provide accurate account information and protect passwords, sessions, connection credentials, and administrator access. Your organization is responsible for members and actions performed through its accounts.

You may not share access with unauthorized parties, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another person’s identity or mailbox without permission.

You retain ownership of prospect records, contacts, messages, attachments, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant Specific AI a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload, synchronize, analyze, and communicate with the relevant people and organizations.

Connected providers, mailboxes, databases, and model services are governed by their own terms, permissions, limits, and availability. You authorize Specific AI to perform only the reads, writes, and actions enabled by your configuration.

You are responsible for reviewing scopes, rotating credentials, and disconnecting integrations that are no longer needed. We may suspend a connection that creates a security or abuse risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that prospect research, email outreach, tracking, and follow-up activities comply with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, employment, and communications laws.

You must honor opt-outs, suppression requests, invalid-recipient signals, and do-not-contact obligations. Specific AI does not determine whether a particular campaign or recipient is legally appropriate for you.

The service and generated suggestions are provided on an as-available basis. AI-generated research, classifications, summaries, and drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specific AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party providers.

You may stop using the service and request account or workspace deletion subject to your organization’s authority and any separate agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity.

Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination where their nature requires it.
